At Boparoo LLC (operating as Reviveai.pro), we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our Software as a Service (SaaS). However, we understand that our platform may not perfectly fit every business. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are issued.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee on your first initial purchase of a paid subscription (whether monthly or annual).
- If you are not satisfied with Reviveai.pro for any reason during the first 14 days following your initial payment, you are eligible for a full, 100% refund.
- To claim this refund, you must send an email to support@reviveai.pro within 14 calendar days of your payment date.
- Once approved, the refund is processed immediately by our Merchant of Record. Please allow 3 to 10 typical business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Active and Renewing Subscriptions
After the initial 14-day period has passed, all charges are strictly non-refundable.
- This applies both to the remaining months of an annual subscription and to any partially used periods of a monthly subscription.
- Automatic Renewals: Because subscriptions renew automatically, it is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins if you do not wish to be charged. We do not provide refunds for renewals that have already been processed.
4. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be made directly within the billing section of your Reviveai.pro dashboard or by emailing our support team.
- When you cancel, your account will remain fully active and accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.
- We do not prorate refunds for canceled accounts.
5. Role of Paddle.com
All transactions are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Therefore, Paddle is technically responsible for issuing the refund back to your payment method. We initiate the refund request on your behalf, and Paddle executes the transaction in accordance with their consumer policies.
6. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
