1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Reviveai.pro ("the Service", "Platform", or "Software"), operated by Boparoo LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Reviveai.pro provides Software as a Service (SaaS) tools designed for businesses, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), appointment scheduling, automated WhatsApp messaging powered by Artificial Intelligence, and loyalty management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Billing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments. By purchasing a subscription, your financial relationship is directly with Paddle.com, which is responsible for processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling applicable local taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax).

4. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations

4.1 Subscription Plans: Reviveai.pro is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Details of features and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
• To send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in activities that violate Meta's or WhatsApp's acceptable use policies.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.
• To submit false or misleading information or to impersonate any entity.
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses without a refund.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Reviveai.pro utilizes AI to automate communications and tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and supervising the interactions between the AI and your end-customers. We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Boparoo LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Boparoo LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Boparoo LLC's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Boparoo LLC (or Paddle.com) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
