2. Description of Service
Reviveai.pro provides Software as a Service (SaaS) tools designed for businesses, including CRM, appointment scheduling, automated WhatsApp messaging, and loyalty management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. Billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By purchasing a subscription, your financial relationship is directly with Paddle.com, which is responsible for processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling applicable local taxes.
4. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations
4.1 Subscription Plans: Reviveai.pro is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
4.2 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will renew automatically.
